Please include a nonrefundable $10 shipping, handling and processing fee (within continental United States) plus sales tax (for orders shipped to California only) along with your name, address, and your description of the defect. We will repair or replace your glasses, at our option, and mail them back to you.
* If your lenses are scratched, if the one year warranty has expired, or if the glasses are broken or unusable for any reason whatsoever (except lost or stolen glasses), we will send you a replacement pair in the style of your choice for $25.00 plus $10.00 shipping & handling.
